1996-2014
CECIL COUNTY JAGUARS
Originally established in the late 90's by Tom Williams and Debbie Smith, the Jaguars were Cecil County's first travel football program playing in the Harford-Baltimore County Youth Football League. The Jaguars won several championships at various age groups with players going on to get scholarships to play at private high schools. The program was later inherited by Jason & Stacy Argoe who Preceded Jenna & Mark Butler.
2015-2017
CECIL SAINTS
In 2015 Jenna & Mark Butler decided to expand the program and partnered with Just Play to bring the Cecil Saints to life. The Cecil Saints were a dominate force on the field winning championships at numerous age groups and participating in the All-Pro State Championships. During the 2017 season C.J. Ponzo became a Director of the program and later acting President and began working on a new board and brainstorming ways to improve the program for longevity and to better serve Cecil County Residents.
2018-NOW
CECIL WOLFPACK
In 2018 we successfully partnered with Cecil County Parks and Recreation to launch Cecil Wolfpack. The premiere youth football program in Cecil County now had access to the best facilities including turfed practice and game fields, bleachers, bathrooms and more. We launched with over 150 athletes in the program and a growing cheer program. 6 of our 8 teams made the playoffs in our first season with several making Semi-Finals appearances. Since our launch we've expanded our cheer program to include competition cheer, added flag football for 4-5 year old's and expanded on our programming.
